Ingredients: Organic Marshmallow Root (cut & sifted, not powder)
Slightly sweet and mild tasting this herb is helpful in soothing the digestive tract from the mouth, throat, esophagus, all the way down.
Marshmallow root is best as a cold water infusion so add 1-2 tbsp to 1-2 cups of filtered water, stir, and refrigerate for at least 30 mins. You can sip this cold, warm it up, or add to teas or soups.
